NW3 CLT featured in London CLT Publication

We are delighted to be included in a new guide to unlocking development sites for affordable housing. Produced by London CLT with funding from the Greater London Authority, the guide aims to support community-led developers working on small sites across London.

It features six case studies, including our project at 31 Daleham Gardens. The launch brought together organisations navigating the challenges of delivering affordable housing to share their experiences and enthusiasm.

The evening saw many of us who are trying to navigate the complicated and challenging landscape of delivering affordable housing in London share experiences, frustrations and the enthusiasm which continue to propel us along.  

It was also a good opportunity to chat with friends from our sister CLTs, including Anurag from RUSS, Oliver from London CLT and Nkechi from Brent CLT, as well as catch up with Levent from CDS Co-operatives.
