  • Fundraising and Affordability Working Group

    A place for members to strategise around our two main fundraising areas -

    1) raising funds to improve the affordability of project 1 (Daleham Gardens)

    2) fundraising for the annual operational costs of NW3 CLT

  • Allocations Working Group

    This group will help develop our 'Allocations Policy' through helping integrate membership feedback on policy drafts, convening 3rd-party scrutiny groups for processes and working with other community groups to build fair and equitable processes.

  • Membership and Community Engagement

    This group reaches out to local residents, updates the membership and organises members meetings.

    1) update our website and oversee member registration processes
    2) Organise member meetings and table what is important for members
    3) represent the interest and needs of members
