We’re pleased to share that NW3 Community Land Trust has reached an important milestone. Our first development at Daleham Gardens has secured planning permission, with work underway to prepare for construction starting in 2026.
After nearly a decade of community-led effort, NW3 CLT was also recently featured in the December 2025 edition of First Time Buyer magazine, recognising our approach to delivering homes that remain affordable in perpetuity.
